Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your vendor participation, please review the following schedule for eligibility for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be received according to the following timeline:
Cancellations on or before September 14th, 2026: You will receive a Full Refund (100%) of the total vendor slot fee paid.
Cancellations from September 15th to October 1st: You will receive a Partial Refund (50%) of the total vendor slot fee. The remaining 50% will be retained by [BELLYham] to cover administrative processing and holding costs for your reserved space.
Cancellations on or after October 2nd: No Refund will be issued for the vendor slot. The full amount paid will be forfeited, as your reserved space cannot reliably be re-booked by another vendor after this date.
To cancel your vendor slot, please contact us at bellyhamdance@gmail.com with your details. The date we receive your cancellation request will determine which refund tier applies.
If the event is canceled by the organizers for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund, minus any non-recoverable processing fees.
We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
